WEIGHT DIVISIONS
The Duals Tournament is a combined-age team tournament. Match-ups with an age separation of more than 4 years may not be wrestled or scored at the discretion of either team's coaching staff. The guiding objective should be both safety and athlete morale in making this determination.
DUAL TEAM WEIGHTS: 50, 55, 60, 65, 71, 77, 83, 89, 96, 103, 110, 117, 125, 133, 141, 150, 170, 200, 200+ (max 265) with a +3-lb allowance
WEIGH-INS
The Duals Tournament will use the weights entered by the team coach for weigh-ins this year. Each team leader will be required to submit a roster. The Duals tournament weight classes will have a
3-pound allowance (103 weight class <= 106.0 lbs). Coaches will weigh athletes at their facilities or equal substitute and send weights to the tournament through a provided link. Wrestlers may move up only one weight class (including allowance), upon athlete request (parental approval). Tournament officials will conduct random weight checks during skin checks to verify the submitted roster data. Any wrestler who is over at skin checks will cause their team to forfeit their rostered weight (no substitutes allowed). (ZERO tolerance: ex., 103=106, rostered athlete weighs 106.1, team FORFEITS 103 for tournament)
